Eighteen-year-old Shelia Eddy pleaded guilty in Monongalia County Circuit Court Friday to stabbing 16-year-old Skylar Neese to death. She was sentenced to life in prison and will be eligible for parole in 15 years. Skylar was an honor student at University High School and was first reported missing on July 6, 2012. Eddy and Rachel Shoaf, who were friends of Neese, have now both confessed to the stabbing death, which they say was the result of a waning friendship and fear that Neese would divulge secrets.
